Maximal Care LLC is a state approved provider agency that uses professional philosophy and person-centered thinking & planning approach to provide Relocation Service Coordination (RSC), Moving Home Minnesota (MHM), Housing Stabilization Services (HSS), Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) Individual Home Support with Training, Independent Living Skills (ILS) to qualify individuals living with disabilities. We work with children, families, senior citizens, individuals with disabilities, recovering addicts, the mentally ills, the homeless.
